Everyone is very nice and helpful. Dr. Patel is the best at making you feel comfortable and is very informative. Place is always very clean. I've been going to Galo eye care in Uvalde for years I always receive the best care. I have had a few times I've had some wait times but it was to be expected but I was always apologized to for the wait and the staff is always so kind and respectful to my needs so I continue to come back and will continue to come back. I receive the best eye care here compared to other places I've been to and I know them and they know me and I'm comfortable with the care I get and the friendliness of the staff, and Dr. Patel has seen me for years and has always been wonderful and professional.

I love it here. Super nice and the Drs work really well with one another and especially with the patients. I have moved about 3 hours from Uvalde and I still make it a point to continue to see Galo!

Very professional with modern equipment. Staff is very warm and friendly. They are not pushy like some eye centers I’ve been to. Which is why I keep coming back year after year. I would definitely recommend them

I had an appointment today, everything went smoothly. I must say all the staff members were nice and very polite. Didn't even have a long wait time. I do recommend going to Galo.

Dr Patel and Her Staff made Our vist very pleasant. They were able to test Mia although she is non-verbal and autistic. The Look on her face when she tried on her glasses was incredible.
