Dr. Charles Glass and his team are top notch. The care and professionalism are second to none. At first, I was scared about the diagnosis and the procedure but Dr. Charles Glass was calming and reassuring. He listened and explained things clearly. Very experienced and knowledgeable. He was always punctual, kind, patient and caring; made me feel like I’m on top priority. So gratefuI, my left eye has genuinely improved. I would honestly say; 95% of the receptionists and technicians are kind, friendly and efficient especially Dominique and Rachelle. I love how clean and comfortable the clinic especially the waiting area. Their equipments are amazing.. Highly recommend!

Dr. Johnson is a professional and skilled surgeon with an understanding bedside manner who truly listens and addresses patient concerns. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend this practice.

As always, all of the staff are professional and friendly, the office is clean and pleasant. Dr. Grossman is always thorough and very informative about what he’s seeing and explaining everything as he does the examination. Great experience.

The administration staff is the most competent, knowledgeable and professional people in have ever experienced in Healthcare. The assistants are friendly helpful and a comforting experience. My appointment was on time and the staff friendly. My eye technician reviewed my history throughly to make sure all information was accurate. Dr. Johnson made me feel comfortable and explained next steps in my treatment clearly. The appointment easesd my anxiety about everything.
