Love the wonderful ladies up front! The doctor is also awesome too! I have been going to this eye clinic since I was a child. They made the transition so easy for us when Dr. McCown took over for Dr. Bello. There are always smiling faces when you go into the office! Healthcare can be difficult nowadays, I’m thankful they make navigating eye care so effortless!
I have gone to Dr. McCown for the last few years as he took over from the previous provider. I have been very pleased with each visit. Dr. McCown and his staff are personable, knowledgable, and professional. Dr. McCown takes time to explain everything, ask questions, and creates a comfortable environment to feel fully served. A+ with no issues.
I love going here the lady that does all the machines for the testing is such a joy to interact with, the optometrist is wonderful!! The woman at the front desk needs to find a personality as she is who greets and checks the client out, if you don't want my money just say so! I had picked out frames before my appointment and she never asked if I wanted to get new glasses even though my prescription had changed, just charged me for the co pay for my exam. Honestly I was extremely disappointed I guess I will go elsewhere for my glasses
I enjoyed my visit to Vision Concepts. The staff was welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Thanks Rosa, Kristine, and Kim. I loved scheduling the appointment by text and was impressed with the automated reminders. Kim made me feel very comfortable on the part of the exam before Dr. J McCown came in. She made me feel like my answers to my vision issues were normal. Dr. McCown answered all of my questions. He referred me for cataract surgery and Rosa made my appointment quickly. Dr. McCown was impressive. He could have sold me glasses that wouldn’t have corrected my sight, but referred me instead. Very impressed with this eye exam and the technology used to view my eyes. Don’t hesitate to choose Vision Concepts.
Highly recommend this place! The doctor was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel completely confident that our family was in good hands. The office staff were amazing as well, very helpful, kind, and welcoming. The entire atmosphere felt warm and comfortable from the moment we walked in. I would absolutely say this is the best place in town for optometry care.
