Gateway Vision

The vision exam was a very positive experience from start to finish. The environment was welcoming, and the staff maintained a consistently friendly and encouraging attitude. This was my second year coming to this office, throughout the process, everything was explained clearly, which helped create a sense of comfort and confidence. What stood out most was the supportive approach taken during the exam. Feedback was always constructive and delivered in a reassuring way, making it easy to understand areas of strength as well as opportunities for improvement. The examiner demonstrated patience and professionalism, ensuring that the experience remained stress-free. Overall, the combination of a positive atmosphere, clear communication, and helpful feedback made this vision exam both effective and enjoyable. The Staff and Service was very courteous and friendly. They greeted you once you walked in. Appointment time was about a 15 minute window, which is better than most I have been too. 2 week turn around on glasses. Then doctor was very patient and honest. No sale pitch to have you to get what you didn’t need. Highly Recommend them.

All the staff was fantastic and very professional. They all had very sweet personalities and very knowledgeable. And just by chance when the Dr came in I realized that Dr Grimsley had been my Dr over 20 years prior at the old Gateway location. I'm glad to have him back as my eye Dr again. The only thing that I was not happy with was my glasses would cost me over $1000.00 and that's hard to do when you are on disability. It's way more than my monthly SSI check. Other than that I am very pleased with the office.

Upon entering I was greeted and checked in promptly. There was a short wait to tested another short wait the doctor. The doctor was very polite and informative. A very nice visit.

My mom is new to Florida and was in need of an eye doctor, we went to this office and was extremely impressed from the entire time we entered the office! Dr Grimshaw was very patient and thorough and we left completely satisfied, I will be back for a visit myself.
