Geauga Vision of Chagrin

I cannot say enough about the experience the amazing experience that I have every time I go for my eye exam everyone is so incredibly kind and helpful. I honestly look forward to go to my appointments. It is like they are your friend 100% recommend going there for your eye exams and also helps that they have super cute glasses to try on.

They go the extra mile every time. After receiving my very stylish specs, I decided to return to the office and ask them to help me refit the glasses so they won’t slide down. I did this like three different times then I finally realized the reading portion of my bifocals graduated bifocals was not strong enough and they took care of correcting a prescription for me. I’m happy to recommend them for a vision testing in eyeglasses.

I was traveling for work and broke off one of the nose pads on my glasses at the airport prior to a five day trip. I stopped in to ask if they did repair work; the gentleman took my glasses, went into the back and came out 2 minutes later, glasses fixed. I asked what I owed him and he refused payment and sent me on my way. I was desperate and would have gladly paid him anything, and he knew it, yet didn’t charge me. Much appreciated…

I had a frustrating experience at the doctor's office. My son’s appointment was canceled twice: first because the doctor was on vacation, and then again because the doctor was sick. When my husband went in, he waited for half an hour, only to be informed he would have to wait another hour because a family of three was being seen. My visit went okay, but I was charged $120 for a contact lens fitting that never took place; we reordered my current brand instead. The receptionist said she would get it credited, but it never happened.

Our experience with the excellent staff at the Chagrin location of Geauga Vision was nothing less than astonishing. We are from upstate New York and in town for a family visit and we arrived at the office without an appointment. We were quickly greeted by Pam and informed that to get the best help on Enchroma lenses we'd have to wait for Katie but got us started on brochures and color tests. Katie arrived a short time later and patiently spent a great deal of time with us. Soon after the office got very busy with customers and both Pam and Katie smoothly and calmly managed the patients so no one felt ignored. Overall we would highly recommend Geauga Vision of Chagrin for your vision needs.
