I needed new glasses after cataract surgery a few months ago and I stopped in Gem City to look at frames and schedule an appointment. The girl at the desk, Hayley, was very friendly and accommodating. She checked with the doctor and told me they could get me in right away If I had the time. The whole staff was great from start to finish. I got my glasses sooner than expected, and I am very pleased with them. Special shout out to Hayley for making the whole process, timely and efficient.

The staff and eye doctor were so friendly and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. I had concerns with my eye and they were able to get me in right away, which I really appreciated. Everyone was very caring, helpful, and took the time to listen to my concerns. Overall, such a great experience and I’m very thankful for how quickly they got me in!

The entire staff was amazing! Very nice, professional and helpful right from get go. They have accommodating hours and a great selection of glasses. Dr. Leszek was fantastic! So knowledgeable, professional and personable. I highly recommend!!

I bent my glasses frame badly while visiting the Erie area. I was stressed, dealing with a death in the family, and was relieved to find Gem City Eye Care near my hotel. My glasses were perfectly adjusted by Hayley who was kind, professional and charming. My thanks to her. The physical space is lovely- airy with nice decor.

They got me in so fast! Every other place I called wanted me to wait months. They got me in immediately and were so kind! I really liked the eye doctor too - great personality, thorough, and great conversation! The front desk lady was so sweet ans the woman who checked me out was super helpful and kind! 10/10 THANK YOU!!!
