Stacy is by far the most incompetent person I have almost ever met. They have lost our frames twice. The last time we went in they told us they did not have the frames And then called us back 10 minutes later and told us to come get them. When I went to get them, the Stacy wouldn’t let me in and slammed the door on my foot. She also told me that she had the frames the whole time and just wouldn’t give them to me. Never go there.

Better quality and better customer service than the big chains. Well worth a few extra dollars. Melody is great! She's always helpful and strives for 100% customer satisfaction!

I needed glasses fast so I went to the Brookside Gerry Optical location and had a wonderful experience! They were able to get my new glasses in just a day or so. The customer service was great and I definitely will be going back.

Sue at the front desk is very kind hearted! She helped me fix my broken glasses and restore my vision. If Gerry Optical wasn't out of network I would be going here. These people actually care!

I have been going to Gerry Optical for years and have been pleased with their services. Yesterday I brought my glasses in after accidentally bending them out of shape. I left with them good as new. Thank you very much Gerry Optical.
