Gill P Thomas OD

Dr Gill Thomas is a great optometrist and person. He has always treated my family well but the ladies that work for him straight up suck! They have nasty attitudes. They dont follow up with their patients. They dont notify you when your items are in. They have had my brand new ray-ban meta glasses for 3 weeks and not once did they try to find out about my glasses nor did anyone every reach out to me with any feed back. I called this place twice a week for 3 weeks and no one was able to tell me anything. I actually had to demand a refund so that I can order new glasses. My family and I will not go back to doctor Thomas simply because of the ladies that work there. We will find a new eye care provider and the ladies there have caused Dr. Gill Thomas to lose 3 patients.......

Dr. Gill provided excellent help to me with a set of contacts that I can use without needing readers and a solution to allergic reaction to the lenses, something three other doctors (due to moving from those places had to find new doctors) weren’t able to do. He also had a solution for trouble using camera that no one else or a google search could provide. I was so impressed. So helpful to me with just one visit. I so appreciate his help and knowledge.

The doctor is good, and very helpful with taking care of my eyes sight but the team he have is just terrible and have attitude (definitely front desk ones). It so unprofessionalism.. if you can't deal with different types of people than don't be at the front desk.

Been going over 28 years and I love everything about this place. They're fast, nice and respectful. I recommend everyone to come here

Too much time and money first of all. Lost my glasses and so I must have another exam. Would have took weeks to get the appointment so I could get over charged for the same thing I had just paid them for
