Not a great experience. I needed a couple of repairs (battery and screen), which entailed ordering a part that they didn’t have. Communicated that I had a deadline (in one week) for getting it fixed and yet the part didn’t arrive in time. Would’ve just gone elsewhere, but I had already paid for the part that didn’t arrive. So I ended up just having the battery replaced here just so I didn’t lose my money and then I had to take it to a different shop the very next day to have the other repair done. Spoke with the technician earlier that day and asked him when I should bring the phone for the battery change for minimal waiting time. I arrived exactly at the time he suggested only to be told that he just left on lunch break right before I got there. It was too far away for me to drive home so I waited in my car in the parking lot thinking I’d only be waiting an hour or so. Instead, I sat in my car 2.5 hours just for the battery to be replaced. And as I mentioned, I still had to go to another shop the next day. Btw, the other shop was less expensive and had the other repair done in 30 minutes without having to order parts.
