Gimbel Eye Associates

I had an appointment at the tailor next door, they were running late so my wife and I walked into Gimbel Eye Associates. We were just looking, the greeting by everyone that works there was welcoming and professional. I ended up working with Frank, he was the most unbeliverable sale person I have ever met. He knew every answer to every question, he was able to overcome all my objections, investigated my insurance on the spot, saved me 70% and I bought new glasses. I was only looking... Also they told me the glasses would be a week until they were ready, three days later they stayed open late for me and I had my glasses prior to a business trip. WOW , I was blown away. So I took my 11 year old daughter there, she knew exactly what she wanted, they did not carry them. one day later, they located the glasses, had them shipped out and i am picking them up today!! This has been the best eye glass experience ever!! Not to mention one of the best shopping experiences ever. Thanks

The most comprehensive eye exam, the best customer service, knowledgeable and very friendly staff. It was my first eye glasses experience (not the first eye exam though), I didn't know anything about eyeglasses and lenses, but they were really patient with me answering my questions and explaining everything even after a few weeks I got my eye glasses. (I am a very picky shopper). I absolutely recommend Gimbel eye associates to everyone who needs an eyewear or the best eye exame.

I can not say say enough wonderful things about my experiences at Gimbel Eye Associates. Dominic has; time and time again, gone above and beyond to make sure my experience was nothing short of fantastic. I have two small children and before each appointment, he made sure my children were set up and comfortable and entertained so I could have a few minutes of "me time" to choose my frames and make sure I left happy. He always called to let me know the status of orders and when items arrived. He even went out of his way to walk my glasses and contacts out to my car when both of my children had fallen asleep on the drive over. You will be hard pressed to find that level of caring and customer service anywhere else. The best!

Updated review. Frank has left the establishment and the quality has deteriorated. My family has had Frank for our optician for over 10 years. He has been able to take care of each member of my family very well. I have always received a prescription that worked well in whatever frame I wanted it in. Frank is a very professional, personable and enjoyable person. Frank has put together a top flight staff in building GEA. We will be using him for a long time to come, and I highly recommend Frank & GEA to anyone who needs eye care. RjG

My son was only one when we came the first time. Dominik was so kind and helpful making sure that he was comfortable in his glasses, and we can't thank Frank enough for how quickly he fit the lens and his kindness towards my son and me. We don't live very close but we will always use Gimbel Eye Associates.
