Glacier Optical

I’ve been wanting new glasses for a while and had been trying to order some online, but because I have a prism in one eye, I wasn’t able to. I happened to come across Glacier and decided to stop in to try on some frames, and I’m so glad I did! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. I was able to take my time trying on frames without feeling rushed or pressured at all (which has definitely happened to me before 😅). Erica assisted me and was amazing at breaking down all the costs and explaining the different add-ons and options available. She’s super knowledgeable and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Definitely recommend this place. Sending all my people here! :)

Fast, impeccable service. The people here were super gracious and friendly, they were able to quickly adjust my glasses. After reading the brief disclaimer that there might be damage but they couldn’t be responsible for—which I didn’t mind—the gentleman quickly got to work. After five or six brief adjustments, the glasses fit perfectly. They didn’t charge me anything. This was my first ever pair and I wasn’t sure what I needed so I just got something cheap online to see what it was like but I’ll certainly come back here for future needs.

Erica was really kind, and she explained the entire process clearly! I really enjoyed the tour and she is patient with what frames I want. I chose a rosepink frame in the end, and it was very satisfactory!
