Gossage Eye Institute

From the from desk to the doctor this place is top notch. My son wanted no part of even an eye test at 3 let me tell you it was a feat. The ladies made him more comfortable and willing to oblige. His after surgery care was over and above. The office called to check on him and when he wanted no part of a patch they even made him cooperate. I was beyond grateful. Im beyond grateful I was referred. We live almost to union city and I'm happy to make the trip and truly grateful for the entire staff.

We use Gossage eye Institute for our whole family (2 adults and 3 children) We have been using Gossage for all our eye needs for 4 years now and have NEVER had a bad experience with anyone working here. Everyone here has always been kind, helpful, patient and will work with you if something comes up and you can't keep your appointment. They all work well together there as a team to make Gossage eye Institute run smoothly.

Dr Gossage is first class. I had a cataract removed a few months after a retina detachment had been repaired. I have had a difficult time with my cataract due to the previous surgery. They have consistently scheduled me at the intervals I was given by Dr Gossage for return. I always went back for my appointments with in 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. Very happy with the quality of care.

They are SO awesome!! I have a young child with Autism. Because my child could not identify all of the alphabet we need a special eye exam. I am from Jackson & learned about Gossage from another ASD mom who discovered Gossage a couple years back. She also struggled to find somewhere that offered this exam & would accept our insurance!! The staff is patient, friendly, & kind!! Each employee took their time with my child and provided her great service!!! Our next exam will be with them also as it is more than worth the drive!!!!

Called to schedule my family of 5 for eye exam appointments and spoke with a rude receptionist who told me that she can only schedule 2 eye exams per day per family. So I have to set aside time on 3 separate weekdays just for eye exams? That's absurd! What could possibly be the justification for such a policy!? How is my money for 5 eye exams not the same as anyone else's that would take the other 3 spots on that day?
