Omg, this morning I am so upset. I was going to the Bronx location but I prefer to come here. I didn't have a problem with this place until I meet the Doctor from Hell Doctor H. Petal. I came here from an appointment with another Doctor so I thought I was going to see her because she gave me the appt. H Petal decided to see me instead and I told him I don't want to see a different Doctor, well he said the lady Doctor could not see me today and he stay get rude speaking over me and when I requested the other Doctor he walked out on me in mid sentence. I never want to see him again. He is very dismissive and rude. He think because he's a Doctor you should not have any questions but just shut up and listen to him. Maybe it's time for him to retire. He his not God and he doesn't get to speak to me anyhow.

About two weeks ago I scheduled an appointment. I been to this location before and I can say that I agree with some of the other reviews about the staff being unprofessional. I like the Gynecologist that I was assigned and that’s the only reason why I returned. However, this time I show up to my appointment and they notify me that my insurance is no longer accepted. I got reminder calls and emails about this appointment which is great but I guess no one had the efficiency to notify me that my insurance was no longer accepted. Then the lady at the front desk had the audacity to tell me “ it’s right there in the poster” as if is my fault for this issue. If you consider this location, just make sure that you triple check so they don’t waste your time.

My name is TH. They have been my family’s primary medical doctor for years and have made an impact on our lives and wellbeing. I’m very thankful to all of the doctors and staff that has supported me through my ordeal with my mother EH care. My family and I are hoping through the best will she is recovering in the hospital. I had an 11:30am appointment. I showed up on time. I waited in the lobby until 11:50 and then I went to the reception desk and asked how much longer before I would see the doctor. I was informed that there were 3 people ahead of me in line. And so I replied, "I have an appointment". And she replies "so do they". So when I asked why they make appointments that they cannot keep she looked at me rather puzzled and told me I'd have to wait. Until who knows. So I left.
