New to the town and I had no problem getting appointments set up for my kids, they were all so very nice and they were always there to help find the perfect glasses for my kids and they have amazing customer service, they always made sure the glasses were fitted properly to the kids liking.

This place is an absolute joke! I have been waiting 2 months for my daughters glasses of which they stated would be in Before she started school, we are now into the school year and yet, no glasses, very little communication and terrible customer service. I DO NOT recommend to anyone!

Been waiting an hour to get squeezed in was told it was gonna be right after this one person they have left now I have been waiting still and just needed to come in to get a spare contact. Now I'm waiting for God knows how long poor service
