On The 4th of July my husband had a horrible eye injury while driving our ORV in Marion, MI. We were told by Munson/Cadillac hospital to get him to Munson/Hospital in Traverse City. Dr Wentzloff was our surgeon. He did emergency surgery on my husband on the 5th. He Saved my husband's eye. We believe he was put there at that time just for my husband. Dr. Wentzloff is the best! He was so compassionate and thorough with the surgery. We are from down state is the Grand Ledge area. We have seen our Surgeon in Lansing. Our surgeon said Dr. Wentzloff saved my husbands eye. Thank you Dr. Wentzloff. He is doing better and his sight is coming back. Quick action by the great Doctor saved his eye. We are so indebted to him. Again, Thank you, and Blessings to you Dr. Wentzloff.

Terrible service in their optometry store. They take their sweet time to see you, fit you or arrange for your glasses. They don’t return calls, they don’t answer the phone and you leave a message. They don’t check their voicemail (so what’s the point!!??) and they don’t call back. You have to do all the calling constantly. Like a nag! They have zero idea of customer service, and they don’t care! Go somewhere else, it’s worth your time. Don’t waste your time with them.
I love showing up for my appointments at OTC. They are always so very kind and take the time to go over things with you. I would not trade my doctors for anyone and I love Dr. Tate to death and I hope and pray that he never leaves if he does I will have a heart attack. That’s how much I appreciate him as a doctor And I know if anything was to go wrong with my eyes he would be the one that I would want to take care of them so talk 10 tape please do not ever leave OTC when doctors leave. They don’t even have the courtesy to call to let you know that that doctor isn’t leaving. I’ve had that with past experiences so please keep his clients up-to-date on whether or not or if he is deciding to retire I hope that they send his regular patients out a letter stating that he is getting ready to retire because I hate when I walk into a doctors office and they tell me that such and such doctor has retired and is no longer with our Practice so I hope and pray because he seems like that type of man that would let his patience know that he is retiring so thank you. I appreciate being able to state what I am lying to State and thank you for all your help and everything that you have done for me.
I had the same optometrist for 20 years until he retired. Just never loved the new Dr who took his place so I switched to GTOC as I already saw Dr Sneed there a number of times for other issues. I’ve seen Dr Boomer several times now and she’s great - no BS just a great eye exam. Highly recommended
Call this morning get an answering machine. Nobody answered the phone. Set there on it for 20 minutes still nobody answered the phone. Not a very good job for a business to have Tell her automated when people need to talk to a person they should have a button the first button to contact and talk to a human. That should be the number one button. Poorly made decisions by this operator of business
