My experience with this office was wonderful! Dr. Lam and her staff were extremely friendly and helpful! I will definitely go back to them for future vision needs.

I’ve begun dry eye treatments for moderate to severe dry eye. Dr. Fu is extremely knowledgeable, a great communicator, and kind as well. The office staff are also very professional. I appreciate that the office is modern and incorporates up to date technologies such as IPL and LLLT. I can see incremental improvement with each session and look forward completing the program.

I typically have good service from this office. That said, I recently made an appointment for an eye exam and contact fitting in which I would have my pupils dilated. I made it on a weekend so my wife could drive me to and from the appointment and even though I had called in to the office and spoken with a human being, my appointment had not made it onto the schedule and I had to make separate, later appointments for my exam and my dilation. To be fair, I never did receive an email confirmation for my appointment, so some of this is on me, but I just wish the person I had spoken with had actually put my appointment on the schedule. That aside, pretty much every aspect of working with this office is good and positive.

Grace was very helpful with helping me pick out a new pair of glasses. The best customer experience. Thank you!
