My two kids see Dr. Gilliam and my experiences have always been great. We don't wait hours to be seen, I can make appointments when need be and have them seen, and if appointments need to be rescheduled they have always told me way ahead of time. She and the nurses take every concern I have seriously and will order labs, ask other clinics, and always check in about my concerns. A very nice place to have in town.
Good experience! Everything went as scheduled. I had blood drawn on time and had appointment to see Dr. Fee. Staff was friendly and helpful. Blood draw was nearly painless, and x-rays were quick. In and out was only an hour! Very satisfied.
**Post pandemic update. SInce the pandemic is over I could not ask for better service from Dr. Gilliam and her staff. What a difference a year or so can make!** Needed blood work for Dr appointment in BG. went in a week before appointment to get blood work. after I coughed was told I had to step outside and call number on door. I was told if I was sick they would have to reschedule. Told them I have had a cough for long time due to other issue. did not get in. had to cancel appointment with another GG Dr because no blood work done. 3rd time in 6 weeks that I was unable to get in to see a doctor.
Physician care was good, however billing was not helpful. Do not plan on going back, but with what they charge (or at least what was on my bill) I’m sure they will never notice. Thankfully, this was a one time visit and I have a wonderful provider otherwise.
This is hands down the best team of physicians and APRNs in Russellville. I see Amy Webster, and she is throughly professional, yet very personable and easy to talk to. If you are looking for a provider, you can't go wrong with this clinic.
