Dr. Tadlock is amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and takes the time to listen and understand your concerns. He has worked tirelessly to restore my vision. I love him!

The technician who took numerous tests for me had no sense of sanitary. She didn’t bother to use the alcohol wipe to clean all machines before or after all tests. And for one particular test, she handed me a used fabric eye patch and put it right back where it was hanged right after my test…… The reason I won’t recommend this office is simply because of her. Fortunately, the doctor has several other locations.

Excellent service! We love Dr. William Tadlock. He is very friendly and shows interest in our health. The nurses are very friendly and all the staff make you feel comfortable.

Excellent medical office, staff and nurses are kind and well prepared for my visit from insurance policy to exams. Dr. Trent Tadlock took his time to explain my condition with me and treatment options, I am so glad to choose Dr. Tadlock for his outstanding quality of medical care and kindness personality, and would highly recommend him to anyone.
