I had an excellent experience with Dr. Falco at Green Brook Vision. I needed an urgent appointment after tearing a contact lens, and she fit me in right away. She was professional, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. As a healthcare professional, I appreciated how clearly she explained everything. She performed her own evaluation, was spot-on with my prescription, and offered several new contact lens options without any pressure or unnecessary upselling. Dr. Falco is a true clinician and expert in eye care. Highly recommend!

Dr. Falco is the best! Very knowledgeable and kind! She’s the best I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend! My issue is with the lady who handles the fitting and ordering of the glasses. My husband and I has appointments the same day. We were told they would be ready in 2 weeks and since it’s been 3 weeks we called and they were in. No notification was given to us that they were ready. My husband went last week to pick up his glasses and drop off mine to be fitted into the frames I already have. The lady was very unprofessional and was huffing and puffing about how she can’t take a break and that she needs to go to lunch and why didn’t we make an appointment to pick up the glasses. I saw similar behavior the day of appointments and I was trying to give this girl grace because she kept telling me how much she hated working there and that she’s stressed out, etc. Very odd and unprofessional. But I draw the line at being rude to my husband. I would say definitely go to see Dr. Falco she’s amazing! But get your glasses elsewhere.

Dr Falco is theee best eye doc in NJ. Always pleasant, minimal wait time and just an overall good experience and she doesn’t rush you and cares about what’s going on in your life. Such a rare find for a doctor. That being said, her eye glasses lady, Joanne is second to nobody!!! She’s personable, caring and extremely knowledgeable about everything she does. Right down to explaining your bill. She’s a Gem!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I highly recommend Dr. Falco!! I haven’t been to an eye doctor in about 10 years, the experience I had with the last one wasn’t great so I’ve been hesitant to see one but Dr. Falco is kind, compassionate, and took the time to explain things and answer any questions that I had. I will definitely be coming here again 😊 I can’t say enough good things. The rest of the staff is also great and was also very helpful! My mom also comes here and always speaks so highly of Dr. Falco and the rest of the staff. If you need an eye doctor this is the place to go!
