Ms. Shaneera did a wonderful job! She was very helpful throughout my visit, took the time to have a great conversation with me, and helped me find the right glasses. She also shared some new information about glasses that I didn’t know before, which I really appreciated. Great customer service and a great experience overall. I’ll definitely be coming back next year! Highly recommend Ms. Shaneera. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Upon my visit at the store I had to pleasure to be serviced by a woman named Shaneera I hope I spelled it right but the service was beyond excellent. She was very knowledgeable about literally everything in the store and super helpful about giving tips about my vision and how to properly take care of my eyes. While entering the store it smelled like heaven and looked very professional and welcoming. Her staff was also polite and knowledgeable as well. I would totally recommend people to come to this store to get their glasses or anything else serviced. The experience was totally worth it

Honestly I didn’t even know what my benefits were & she took over asked me a few questions & I WAS DONE. You all need more employees like her! (Not to mention how cute & stylish she is) OMG I CANT SAY ENOUGH OF HOW GREAT SHE WAS 🤩 From the start walking in to the very end picking up my eyewear 🤓( front desk was awesome as well)
