The staff is super warm and friendly. Dr. Johndra is simply awesome. And she makes you feel like she already knows you personally. My schedule appointment was right spot on! I can appreciate that. My exams and experience visit at the office did not let me down. I came in as a new patient. Awesome work over there!

I was anxious about having an exam because I had some problems with my vision the day or two prior to my visit. I was able to get a same-day appointment, and have my vision checked quickly. Everyone was personable and welcoming and quickly made me feel at ease. Jenny did a wonderful job of checking me in for my appt and was patient and thorough in explaining everything she did. Dr Johndra was just great. She took her time with me and answered all my questions- probably the best eye exam I’ve ever had! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, start to finish. I’ve found my eye dr and have already recommended Dr Johndra and her staff to family members. Thank you!

Dr.Ben saw me on a very important basis and squeezed me into his busy schedule. He was so understanding of my situation, sympathetic, helpful and gave me resolution. I just love him but cannot change doctors because we love Dr. Lawton also. I think all the doctors there have to be wonderful. We were upset when Tommy Tucker retired because he was a high school friend but we decided to stay with the practice and we are so glad we did. Keep taking such great care of your patients and you will continue to thrive.Thank you for being there when I needed you!

My family and I have been seeing the doctors at Greenville Eyecare Associates for several years now. Dr. Lawton shows a level of understanding, patience, and compassion that is rarely seen these days. I have been dealing with a chronic eye condition for weeks due to an autoimmune disorder. It's stressful and difficult to deal with eye related problems. I have never felt rushed, put off, or disregarded while seeing him or any of the office staff. The doctors hire wonderful people for the front desk and I do believe they hire THEM because they're wonderful themselves. They are great doctors who are also GREAT PEOPLE. My situation is very unique and complicated. I have not been treated this well by any doctor in the upstate, for all the years I've been here. This review is long overdue. Thank you for the care and concern you give to me and all your patients. Dr. Lawton..... you are truly appreciated. Thank you.

Having lived 12 years in France where they don’t take new patients, my glasses really needed to be updated. I picked this place following Google recommendations and reviews. When I first arrived, the place was well organized: the store on the right, the consultations on the left. Very nice, well-lit and very clean : first impression was excellent. The lady at the front desk welcomed me right away, and was effective and efficient. Very professional. The doctor’s assistant came to get me - she explained everything she was doing, and disinfected all areas in front of me : this is always reassuring as we know it is done for sure 😁 The doctor came : he had a very calm demeanor and he too explained everything he was doing. Then he took me to the store side to get new glasses. Here again, the lady was lovely, and professional. I felt completely comfortable, safe, and confident that I was receiving the best and most professional care possible. I will definitely recommend these wonderful professionals and will continue to go there. Perfect !
