Madison ( in the optical shop)was so incredibly kind, patient , and helpful. 💜I am in a wheelchair , and she brought many frames to me , making the process easier and selection more comfortable. She deserves praise ( and a raise!!😎🤩)The office staff are always polite and professional. All the staff - office & docs and eye care are great.

Avoid going to this eye care office, it's a round business, rather than patient care🚫 Both my mother and I went for the first time in December 2025. It was not pleasant, not only because of the long wait, when we were finally called, the person who did the eye check before entering to see the doctor is attending to my mother first, then told me to sit down and did the same in me, but without cleaning the devices, either before my mother or before me. Since he went to my mother, I didn't say anything. But I was very badly impressed as I don't know when these teams were last healed. I am a medical assistant and when I did my intership, I did it in an eye doctor office in New England. Then she continued in the room that took us in the same way, without cleaning before or after. What if my mother had an infection in her eyes, wouldn't I be infected? Thank God that wasn't the case, but what about the patients before or after us? Then we were seen by the Doctor, who at last was the only person who gave us a good impression. To the east, the assistant who had attended us decided to dilate my mother's eyes without asking if she wanted to do so, nor did she give her the disposable glasses to take care of her eyes. Then he tells me to sit down and I grab the drops and it did exactly the same. Being the one who drove my car to that office and didn't give me the disposable glasses either. When I was dilating and he put me in front of the device, I felt twice like that device touched my eye and she insisted that I wasn't touching it. I was there until night with the center of my eye very small, my left eye returned to its normal size. I got tired praying that when I woke up the next morning it would be normal and thank God it was. God put His hand on. Remember that the more things they do to you, the more they charge, but not asking or providing the glasses leaves much to say about them, because it's not the patient's good to be there that matters to them. A week ago I contacted a plastic surgeon for eyelid lifting for my mother who is 74 years old and has her eyelids quite droopy with excess skin over her eyes, health insurance said that if they cover it if it is a medical need, I call several surgeons and one in particular accepts medical insurance but they needed a letter from the eye doctor. Call and leave a voice message, the person contacted me about this, said I needed the surgeon's information to give it. I did not have the information with me since I was away from home. so when I returned home I called her and never again your answer. I decided to go in person, bring the information and wait for that letter. To increase the bad impression, I send us to say this person with the front desk person, you have to wait 8 months for the doctor to see her again, perform her eye exam, evaluate her for surgery, and then this letter or the referral. How much they bill!! Seriously, a 74-year-old person evaluates her if she needs surgery or not? The owner of that clinic, not only did they lose my mother, daughter and myself as patients, but everyone who can tell them about our nefarious and negligent experience with you, not to mention the attitude of those in the front desk and the mounting election part, unprofessional throughout the length of the word.

As for the physicians, they are fantastic. However, you try to make a payment or ask a question about insurance/billing, you are put on hold forever and usually are cut off. Very, very poor customer service!

Made my mother who is legally blind wait for over an hour for her appointment, first saying they were waiting on a room then saying that her appointment time was 10 minutes later than when she showed up. No apology given, and subpar treatment given.

If you have a busy schedule don't come here. Every time I arrive for my appointment I have to wait 20+ minutes every time to see a dr.
