I prefer the Greene vision located in Derby even though I live in Wellington. The staff are so very kind & professional. I feel confident in the care received and trust them with my eyes ! Respectfully, Judy (Jude) Dawson

People are very nice and friendly! Reason for 2 stars is due to customer care. For starters, for some reason they charge much more out of pocket than my last eye doc. (Best insurance you can get) still cost me $100 more here. Then few days later texted for more money. Went to pickup contacts and to my surprise they do not give a little starter kit, sample solution, case, etc…they said they don’t do that. Customer care/courtesy just doesn’t seem to be there unfortunately.
I had a great experience with Green Vision Group up until they didn't bill my insurance. They quoted me $160 that was going to be covered by insurance. They failed to send this through insurance and proceeded to send me the bill. I've tried to fight this; however, they tell me they have no history of this transaction and are unable to provide me a receipt for the $$ I did pay that was additional to insurance. If they don't have history of this transaction, how can they even bill me? They continue to tell me someone will be in contact with me from the call center, and I've received no calls. Green Vision Group is great until there's an issue.
The front desk ladies were just the sweetest. The were probably the most pleasant front desk crew I have ever seen. The check in process was redundant with online forms and in person forms re asking the same questions, but that is pretty typical of any medical facility. The doctor was very friendly my only complaint was the girl who took us back before the exam. She was very cold and had zero bedside manner she barely spoke to us at all. She probably needs some retraining on how to interact with patients her lack of personality stood out against everyone else’s wonderful patient treatment.
Great office. They take extraordinary care even when you have autoimmune diseases that are a pain. Very good customer service, doctor care and technician care. The office runs like a well oiled machine.
