Best vision appointment I've ever had. Everyone was helpful. I got care that was focused on me and I was never rushed. I enjoyed how thorough my eye exam was and that I was never pressured into buying anything. They handed me my eye glass prescription and said it was good until next year. I was able to take it wherever I wanted to get my glasses. That the do have glasses services there if I wanted to look. And I was given a discount when I chose to get my glasses there. 5 star service, I recommend highly. Refered my entire family .

I had a great experience with Dr. Griffeth and the rest of his staff they were kind, professional, and took good care of me. Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was the complete opposite. The older female receptionist insisted that I owed a $50 copay, even though I knew I had already met both my deductible and out-of-pocket max. She told me to just pay it and that they would refund me later if I didn’t owe it. Since I was laid off from my job last November, $50 is significant for me, so I wasn’t comfortable paying a charge I knew was incorrect. I understand that the office may not always have immediate access to my insurance information, although most medical offices I’ve visited are able to verify whether a copay is due. To be sure, I called my insurance company while I was standing at the front desk. They confirmed that I did not owe a copay and even offered to speak directly with the receptionist. She refused to speak with them and was dismissive and rude throughout the interaction. It’s unfortunate because Dr. Griffeth and the clinical staff were excellent, but the way I was treated at the front desk left such a negative impression that I won’t be returning.
Dr. Griffeth was amazing with my cataracts. He told me a few options and let me choose which would be best for my situation. He even called me on his personal cell to check on me. Will be returning for all eye care needs as long as I can. Great guy, and very personable. Office staff was very patient too. The insurance I have is weird, and they kept the communication about it open. Great office!
My son and I were both charged a $10 copay even after we told them there wasn't a copay on our plan. Then they said we had to contact billing. We arrived at home and I second checked our benefits again to confirm he was in network and No copay was needed So they lied and said their pre-authorization department said we had a copay. Now I remember why we haven't used them and will never go there again. They participate in Medicare fraud and unethical billing/ charges. Avoid them like a plague.
Dr Griffeth is the friendliest, honest and trustworthy eye doctor I have found. I’m so thankful for him and his staff. They are fantastic
