My wife and I had our first eye exam in several years today with Dr. Spoors, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Dr. Spoors was candid, confident, thorough, professional, patient, and genuinely kind. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the visit. Her staff was equally impressive. April, Allie, and Susie were incredibly welcoming, polite, humorous, and friendly. From the moment I walked through the door, they made me feel like a valued patient rather than just another appointment on the schedule. It’s rare to find a medical office where both the provider and the staff operate at such a high level of professionalism while still maintaining a warm, personal touch. If you’re looking for exceptional eye care and outstanding customer service, I cannot recommend Dr. Spoors and her team highly enough. Five stars all the way

From beginning to end, this place is amazing! I received the initial appt for my eye exam very quick. Appt went smoothly and the staff, including eye doctor, were professional and very nice. After the eye exam, I went over to checkout the frames. I picked out the frames and the kindest gentleman helped with the fitting. I received my new glasses in about a week. I have worn glasses for about 40 yrs, and putting these glasses on was the first time that I was truly amazed at the vision of the lens and the fit of the frames! This has been the best experience I've ever had! Thank you Gulf Coast Vision Center!

Met with Dr. Spoors for the first time last week and had an amazing experience! She helped me fix my prescription so that I no longer have daily headaches. She her time talking with me and I was very happy with my experience when I left. The front desk and glasses assistants were also very kind and helpful! 10/10 would recommend using them! 😊

I’ve ordered glasses from this office twice. Both times they were significantly delayed and the front office never deigned to provide me with an update until I had personally called for one. Communication is terrible but the appointments at least go smoothly. Both doctors I’ve seen were knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions.

The best !! I had already visited several vision centers for someone to transfer my lenses to a frame because my nose piece broke and I live in brewton where you get no warranty !!! The ladies at the front desk were very helpful , Stephen found the perfect frame to put my lenses in and they fit perfectly!!! I was in and out in no time ! He also gave me 20% discount !!! They are the best !!! Thanks Stephen and the staff for making my day better ! God Bless !!!yall definitely have me as a customer from now on !
