We went to the Milton office, which is by appointment only. Lovely staff! My 5 year old and myself had appointments today. Dr. Hannah Sahawneh did amazing with my daughter's first "big girl" appointment. Everyone was so caring and inviting. Dr. S was very patient with my daughter and explained/answered all questions. Best first visit for both of us! Thank you so much!
I went to get my eye exam for contacts. Everyone is very nice...the dr. is great. Went in a week later and decided we needed to change the prescription in my left eye. This meant I needed another box of contacts. Its a year and a half later and I still don't have them. The blame is laid at the feet of the manufacturing company for the contacts but over the last year and a half GCVS has only called me back once about this after I had to get upset and speak to the manager. They finally gave me 6 trial pairs to cover the 6 month box I should have gotten a year and a half ago. We will not be returning. Even if it is a fault with the contact manufacturer, the staff could have cared less that I had no contacts for my left eye and obviously does not know how to follow up with either their business partners nor their customers.
I was very impressed with every aspect of my visit. Customer service was fantastic, I felt valued and that my time was important. Kasey was professional in her approach and recommendations, Farrin was knowledgable and professional, and friendly, Aanya provided friendly and timely check-in and out. I have a difficult eye glasses prescription; however, the professionals at Gulf Coast Vision Center in Milton did an excellent job, were friendly and went out of their way to make sure that I got exactly what I needed. I am very pleased and would highly recommend their services.
My daughter and I recently visited this office and had a great experience. The entire staff was great as well as working with my child. I would defiantly recommend.
