We had a wonderful experience at Hagen Eye Care! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. My child received a very thorough eye exam, and the doctor took the time to carefully explain everything and answer all of our questions, which made us feel very comfortable. The entire visit was quick, smooth, and well organized without ever feeling rushed. Everyone was so patient and kind with my child, making the experience stress-free and enjoyable. We truly appreciate the excellent care and professionalism. I highly recommend this office to any parent looking for outstanding pediatric eye care!

I had a great first experience at Hagen Eyecare! Dr. Liana Ferreira was incredibly patient, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. She has such a pleasant attitude and truly cares about her patients. The ladies at the front desk were also very pleasant, welcoming, and helpful, making the entire visit a positive experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Hagen Eyecare and look forward to returning for my future eye care needs.

This was my first visit to the Hagen Eye Care Center, and I had a terrific experience. First, Haile and Mya greet you in a very welcoming manner when you first come in, and they also take care of the billing, contact orders, and follow-up appointments before you leave. Next, Suzy did a great job with the preliminary examination, and Yudy helped me select a great frame for my new glasses that was reasonably priced. Finally, I had my exam with Dr. Ferreira who explained everything and told me what to expect with my eye health in the years to come. She is very friendly, caring and knowledgeable, and she makes you feel relaxed during the exam. I know there are two other doctors and other employees (including Gaby) in the office whom I didn’t meet, but I know they are wonderful as well. I didn’t have to wait at all, and my appointment was completed in less than an hour. So I’m giving a five-star review to everyone.

Dr. Hagen's professionalism is impeccable. During my visit, I felt comfortable knowing he is very knowledgeable with his decades of experience. The tests were very thorough and the new prescription made my eyesight improve tremendously. The rest of the employees were very friendly and promptly assisted me when I had questions.

I love this place. Dr Hagen was amazing. Super knowledgeable and was so good at explaining EVERYTHING. He explained things that we had never been made aware of prior. We love this practice !
