Incredible service. I was visiting from out of town and realized I forgot my contact lenses at home. Even though it was a holiday, Dr. Shaw went completely out of his way to meet me at the office and get me a temporary supply so I could enjoy the rest of my trip. I'm incredibly grateful for his kindness and highly recommend Haley Eye Center to anyone looking for excellent care.
I had an excellent experience at Hailey Eye Center. I was visiting from out of state, and I’m very glad I chose to schedule my appointment here. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. The front desk girls were incredibly helpful when it came to selecting both my glasses and sunglasses, they took great care of me and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. The doctor was thorough, patient, and took the time to clearly explain each part of the exam. I especially appreciated the attention given to my concerns, particularly since it had been three years since my last eye exam. I felt genuinely cared for and never rushed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding customer service.

I had a great appointment with Dr. Shaw! He listened to my concerns and addressed them in my visit there. I felt heard and listened to. I highly recommend Hailey Eyecenter/Vision Source for everyone in Blaine County. It saves a trip to Twin Falls and cost for the tests has come down in the last several years making it very affordable considering where we live!
Everything was on time and efficient. I got the results back from the test I was given within just a couple of hours.
