When my eye doctor of 20 years retired, I was worried I wouldn't be able to find a local optometrist. I called Haley Optical and they were able to schedule me in for an appointment. Helpful and courteous team, thank you!
I was very pleased with the most thorough exam I've ever had, the in depth explanation of all aspects, and the friendly, professional staff.
I always thought that an essential part of a Dr.'s job was listening to a patient, not here. I made it very clear to Dr. Haley that my current progressive lenses were at 2.50 for reading and were ineffective. I also made it very clear to him that I had been using 2.75 readers when reading and they were very effective. He assured me that 2.50 was the correct strength and that with time my eyes would adjust. They haven't in the 9 or so months I've had them, and am still changing glasses constantly to get my work done and to read. I spent over $400 for lenses that don't solve my problem, and now will have to spend that money again, plus the cost of another exam, to get it corrected.
