After failing my DMV vision screening assessment, discouraged was an understatement. About an hour or so later, I was able to come in as a walk-in and complete an extensive eye exam. I was also able to obtain a statement to give the DMV to help with my same-day second attempt. Between deep breaths, encouragement, and Eyear's beautiful glasses, I was able to pass the screening and obtain my permit upon passing the knowledge test! My husband and I went together for eye exams and new glasses. Everyone at the Shallowford Rd office was professional, friendly and warm. We were seen on time, and treated so kindly. I believe is important ti share my experience with Dr.Brown at Eyear optical. She make sure to check the helth of my eye in the best way like nobody ever has done before I really i preciate it. And the staff is so kind i feel really comfortabel with Cristian, he was really kind and he help me translate averything that i needed to say to the doctor. I had the best experience at the Shallowford Road Eyear Optical. Christy took such great care of me from the time I booked my appointment, through the initial appointment, and my follow up to pick out glasses. She was patient and kind with me and explained everything as it was happening. I have a little anxiety around doctors offices and my eyes in particular and her approach to customer care quelled every bit of anxiety I had. She helped me pick the perfect pairs of glasses and took great care to ensure I was utilizing every benefit available with my insurance. Christy is a gem! 💕

I was visiting in town and needed my glasses adjusted. Alex was so kind and went above and beyond to help me. My aunt was also with me and he took care of us in a timely manner. All of the staff were very friendly and greeted us! I would highly recommend this location!
