My husband and two of our children had our first appointments. Great service, very helpful and wonderful staff. Doctor was exceptional, he listened to concerns, explained things well, voiced recommendations but left treatment option to us. Our family is happy to have found Hall’s Eyecare Associate’s and look forward to seeing for our eye care needs.
Very welcoming and nice. The employees are awesome and thorough with my kids and I. My first time going and I was able to look at other frames that were not on display. Atmosphere is like sunshine. I will definitely recommend this establishment to others.
The staff was very professional and polite! From the front desk to my point of exit I’d say that my experience was more than just an eye exam appointment but a great clinical experience overall!

I would not recommend this office. I ordered glasses after my previous pair broke and was told they would be ready within two weeks. The process ended up taking much longer than expected due to issues with the prescription, and communication throughout the process was poor. When I called for updates, I felt that my concerns were dismissed by the front desk staff. Overall, the customer service and lack of urgency left me disappointed.
