I love how fast you get in and out at every appointment and how they do telehealth appointments. I don't like how you can't get through to the office at north point half of the time both sides phych and regular doctors office. I also don't like how theirs miscommunication on things sometimes due to not being able to understand some ppl. Also I think the doctors could be more sympathetic with patients. The pediatrician Dr.E is an awesome doctor and I do recommend him.

There are good Doctors here, that for the extra mile. Blood work is on site, which saves a trip elsewhere. Downside..a few of the 'doctors' are actually nurse practitioners. In my per opinion this can be a good or a bad thing... Usually bad. Overall the staff, receptionist, nursed, Doctors, etc.. Are all amazing and do a great job.

5 yrs ago went in to get a wisdom tooth pulled, the male dentist insisted on pulling all my teeth and replacing with dentures. December went back for routine and the same dentist coming with pull all the teeth out with the same X-rays from this day compared to 5 yrs ago with no change no pain no decay a small cavity do not go ⚠️ just a teeth puller

I find that the staff is very friendly and helpful Dr E is my doctor she's the best doctor I've ever had in my life. She listens to everything I say. Goes over test results with a fine-tooth comb with me.

ABSOLUTE TRASH CAN SERVICE!!! I have been referred to receive a Neurological scan for my 10 year old daughter. Its been MONTHS and no progress, was told Hurley received the referral and that was NOT the case Hamilton just never sent one over. I was told a referral specialist would reach out that was 4 weeks to the day and NOTHING I called yesterday AGAIN and yet another call center rep said she is just a call center worker so she can not help transferred me to a supervisor where I had to leave a VM and not get a call back STILL. While all this time my daughter has missed 7 days of school due to headaches throws up daily from her headaches and barley eats anything. If you care about yourself or your children stay far away from Hamilton cause they don't care about you or your children and I pray they get shut down. I wish they would see how hurt I am that I ever trusted them to take care of my daughter in the first place but that will NEVER happen again.
