My visit today with Dr. Shrank was very impressive. The exam was the most thorough that I have ever experienced. All the staff were proficient and top notch. Dr. Shrank had a very pleasant demeanor and was patient while answering all my questions with detailed explanations. He truly made me believe that he cared and had genuine concern for my eye care needs. Hancock Eye will be my care provider of choice for all my optical needs. Really positive experience at Hancock Eye Associates. The staff were friendly and put me at ease right away. I went in for a routine check-up, and Dr. Schrank noticed something that prompted further investigation linked to a broader health issue. I appreciate how calmly and clearly he explained everything, without any unnecessary alarm. It was reassuring to feel seen beyond just my prescription. Definitely recommend for thoughtful, thorough care.

The staff here are very friendly from check-in to check-out. The check-in lady always has a smile on her face. The last two times I went, the technician was very sweet, remembered who I was and asked me if there was anything that he could do for me before I left. He helped me pick out a pair of glasses that fit my face well. I advise anyone to establish care here. The eye doctors are super friendly as well and go out of their way to help you with your needs!!

The doctor was on time, his assistants were pleasant, prompt, knew what they were doing. Dr. McColley is very easy on the eyes! (an eye doctor joke, but he is very handsome) 10 out of 10, would highly recommend.
