Hanna Eye Care

both my husband and I had appointments and it went very smoothly. We barely had wait time if you could even call it that. The technician did the preliminary tests (glaucoma and another test plus, glasses refraction) then we went to the doctors examination room where he came in within seconds to do the eye test. By that time the tech had already taken my husband for his preliminary tests so when the doctor was done with me he went in to get his eyes tested as well. Every efficient the system they have going there. The doctor is very kind and explains everything and answers questions with pleasure and patience.

I made an appointment with Hanna Eye Care for my wife for 11:30 AM on 24 march 2016. We arrived 30 minutes early to process paper work before the appointment. At the 11:30 appointment time I started counting people coming into the office and saw five patients arrive after 11:30, complete their paper work , have their eye exam and leave. At 12:30 the doctor called a woman with five children (who had also arrived after 11:30) for an eye exam. My wife and I left at 12:30. On a military base; you don't expect to be treated like a second class citizen . Even the barber shop keeps count of whom is next in line.

Phenomenal care. Dr. Hanna and his staff are incredibly attentive. He tells you exactly what he's doing, addressing all cares and concerns. Scheduling an appointment can sometimes be frustrating but they do their best and always with a smile on their faces.

First impressions are important. Front desk representative was unprofessional and unpleasant. Doctor and nurse care was much better.

My daughter has been coming here for years and I know she wouldn't want to see anyone else. They are so polite and take time to understand if everything has been addressed. I'll keep coming back.
