My son accidentally scratched his glasses that we got two months ago at a different optical shop.Came to Vision World in Copiague; 5 minutes from where we just moved to. Dr Eugene took my son's glasses and gave him new lenses in 5 minutes.Didn't even have to come back at a later date. What a blessing to come to this optical shop. Polite, professional and friendly. We will definitely be coming back here when we need new glasses. Thank you .👍👍👍😁😁😁

went to get glasses recently visited Vision World to get my son’s glasses fixed, and it was a quick and pleasant process. The staff there has been wonderful to us for a long time now, and I highly recommend their services for your glasses.

Great Experience!! Fast turnaround!! I lost a pair of glasses before my planned vacation, so I walked in on a Friday morning without any appointment and the owner himself took time to show me new frames and said he could have them reset in the new frames and he would cover the cost of the lenses since I was paying out of pocket, not only was the customer service amazing but they had them ready within 3 hours!! Wow what an amazing experience overall, very friendly and fair and on point in all aspects of the business!! Thanks again!

I had a great experience at this optical store! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. I’m very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them!
