Harman Eye Center of Halifax

Absolutely awful. I absolutely loved coming here and seeing Dr. Hasket every year. But this year was just awful. I had a 3pm appointment I arrived at 240pm... I didnt leave til after 5! From what I understand they can only schedule til 315pm because they know they'll run behind til 5pm when they close. Thats absolutely disgusting. You book every 15 minutes for money then rush through the appointment after having made me wait for 2 hours just to be seen. Even better I was waiting with the 230 and 245pm patients in the waiting room at almost 430! You guys should be ashamed to have people waiting that long for an appointment. You want us to value your time... don't show up late.. be here 30 minutes early and then have the audacity to make someone wait 2 hours after their appointment time which from what I understand from the ladies behind the desk has been an every day occurrence since the new dr started at this practice. Awful.

I had an wonderful experience. They took the time to answer all my concern questions I had. And they explained everything to me. I had no issues. My visit was great.

First time at the clinic since Dr. Hasket retired. I was thoroughly impressed with the front desk staff & the girls working with Dr. Pangeni to complete the testing. I’m so glad I didn’t have to deal with the previous front desk staff that were at Dr. Haskett’s office. They were always so rude! I will def recommend this practice to others

Eye Doctor excellent BUT I do have an issue with the eye glass place's hours. Drove up from Chase City on Thursday to pick up glasses only to find eye glass place closed. Door has on it M-F 9-5.

Didn't have a long wait, doctor took his time and seemed concerned with questions I asked. It was a good visit.
