I'm pleasantly surprised how much this location has changed. I felt safe I was somewhat reluctant to come considering the neighborhood. The staff was ever so helpful and informative in explaining the process. They even provided a map to help along the way being my first time there. Doctor S. Mitra was very patient, listening to my concerns and addressed each one. I thought I would be here a couple of hours but I was in and out within a hour an 10 minutes. I definitely would recommend this place.

Dr. Thompson was amazing and she work so hard to find out the problems that you are having and she thinks long term. Over all this whole appointment was great friendly check in and her nurse was wonderful as well. I will change my primary care physician and it will be Dr. Thompson she is the GOAT AT ACRES

They have plenty of room for people to sit and walk. It's so clean, the security is so friendly and the staff is also friendly. They DONT WASTE TIME!!! They get you in and out, Everytime I've been there it wasn't busy either.🙏🏻

I have received several referrals from Providers. In the instructions on the referrals It reads “contact organizations for Instructions”, So I go to the clinics with the providers work and their organization says “Call the harris Health appointment line.” The appointment line says “Acres homes has their own department for these referrals” ACRES HOMES ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO CAN SCHEDULE THESE APPOINTMENTS. NOT THE HARRIS HEALTH APPOINTMENT LINE. -Fraud. In comparison to all the other harris Health clinics, unfortunately my provider is here. These people are notorious for shifting blame, resulting in haults of treatment. I could release names. I will be contacting corporate because of Halt in treatment.
