I am literally sitting here in the parking lot after my appointment having two insurances and still walking out paying $134 with no contacts and no glasses. They will tell you that a service like the retinal scanning is part of their appointment as if it’s standard procedure, but then they will charge you $40 for the Scan because it’s not covered by insurance and not necessary. They then ran a $100 contact charge, after telling me it’s $60, for a fitting appointment where they had me pop in contacts and just looked with a light and said they are good. I did not buy contacts, but did get 3-5 trial pairs. Do not come here unless you want to waste money and be tricked into overspending. They do NOT care that they tricked you and they do not care that you have to pay for anything. You’re better off going to the larger chains where you can get nicer glasses options and more affordable care with HONESTY and INTEGRITY. Because this place is not it. They literally allows about yesterdays sales in front of me. they are also affiliated with eyes on high. So unless you want the same low level Care with extra cost over there too, just don’t. Do not come here. It’s unfortunate that the optometrist is so nice but unfortunately I will never come back here because I’ve walked away with no new glasses and three sets of trial contacts for $134.

What a great eye doc, they made me feel so comfortable! Everyone was so kind, friendly and patient. Eye exam was also more thorough than other eye doctors I’ve been to in the past. I’m trans and any kind of medical appointments are often awkward and stressful for me for that reason, but this place asked my pronouns on the form! Instantly made me feel more comfortable. Thank you to everyone who works here!
Harris Opticians is a great place for eye exams! They have incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. The environment is pleasant and comfortable. Highly recommend!
I love Harris Opticians. I believe I've been going to them since 2020 and they have always been stellar, no matter the provider I see. I used to go to Lens Crafters or Target Opticians or anywhere "convenient" and honestly have never received the level of care that I do now. They're very quick to respond, pretty easy to get scheduled within a week's time (if not less), and are always so helpful in locating the frames I'd like. I can't say enough good things about this practice.
I’ve been going here for as long as I can remember. People here are always super friendly and helpful. I recently decided to get contacts and they walk you through putting them on and taking them off. The woman who had helped me was very patient with me although I was an absolute mess with it LOL! I have never had a bad experience here and I always recommend people come here for quick service. Also all the glasses are so cute!!
