Everyone was so friendly when I had an eye emergency while I was visiting family from out of town. Dr. took the time solve my problem and get me feeling better. I'm so grateful that I was able to be seen so quickly.

I had my first visit today and it was a great experience! Dr. Dietrich took time to listen to my concerns and was very thorough with my exam. Very friendly staff as well!

Harrisville Eye Care has been a great resource to my own practice when fitting scleral lenses. Their office communicates wells and has a pleasant attitude.

Always late with no apologies, staff doesn't communicate well with clients, charges aren't made clear to patients before work is done. Not a good look. Not sure what's happened to this office, but it's not good.

I love Harrisville Eye Care! I actually found them when we were camping up at Harrisville State Park. I had an eye issue and needed someone fast. They got me right in. Dr. Ben Dietrich is a fantastic optometrist. In fact, I liked him so much that I now go to him as my eye doctor even though he is 3 1/2 hours away. We just try to schedule a trip to Harrisville State Park every year and I make sure I see him when I go there. Great eye doctor and staff!
