I had an excellent experience at Harvey & Lewis today, thanks to Michael, & his outstanding customer service. From the moment I entered the establishment, I was warmly welcomed and greeted with professionalism, kindness, and genuine respect. Michael was extremely prompt in assisting me with my eyeglasses, ensuring they were both cleaned and repaired efficiently while still taking the time to make me feel valued as a customer. His pleasant attitude and respectful demeanor remained consistent throughout the entire visit, from before I even fully entered the store to the moment I left. He communicated clearly, was attentive to my concerns, and handled everything with patience and care. It is rare to encounter someone who maintains such a high level of courtesy and professionalism during every interaction, and Michael truly made the experience comfortable and stress-free. His dedication to providing exceptional customer service did not go unnoticed, and I highly appreciate the effort and respect he showed during my visit. Also, thank you very much to the ladies for greeting me with such a warm and welcoming “good-morning” greeting. I will definitely be returning to this location again in the future. Thank you.

Worst Experience Ever! I came in the Day before to make an appointment, I enquired about some Glasses that I NEVER PICKED UP, But they Charged My Insurance & told them I picked them up. I asked the Lady at the Counter about it She said they Were disassembled and put back. But they FRAUDULENTLY Charged my Insurance. Then they Allow People to FRAUDULENTLY Come in & receive service under my name. I hadn't to the Asylum Street location since 2022 before yesterday. I come in today May 6th and literally had to wait 15 minutes before somebody came to the counter, all I was doing was appointment shouldn't have to wait that long I several buses to go to my location

Madeline Peña, L.O., is literally an angel. She helped fix my whole situation an I was struggling! I’ve spent months with frames falling off of my face, screws nearly out. In 10 minutes they are made good as new. I can’t thank her enough for the quality of life increase. Thank you

Never have I been so pleased with an appointment. I walked into the 85 Seymour Street location to inquire about an appointment. I was greeted with warmth by the desk staff. Their knowledge of the product and process was very impressive. I would recommend Dr. Rachel Swaniger, Waleska, management and staff to anyone. Thank you for a memorable experience.

I always have the best experience at Harvey Lewis Hartford. I did the new digital/remote eye exam. A special shoutout to Erica, who expertly walked me through the process. She is so capable and friendly; it was such a great experience. And choosing glasses with Roberta is always a fun and easy experience. An excellent crew at the downtown Hartford location!
