I went in to Picayune Eye Clinic today for my first time. Everyone was friendly and helpful, Dr. Blackmer was great and explained issues with my eye and what I may need for the future. I do have to wait a bit for my scheduled appointment but I think that happens anywhere, some days are just unpredictable. It was the least expensive of anywhere else I have gone to and they will tell what frames your insurance will cover for you and give you what your out of pocket expense will be. Great Experience!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Keaton and her wonderful staff. Even during a busy day, their customer service was flawless. I especially appreciated how Dr. Keaton took the time to look at the bigger picture, caring for my overall health alongside my eye exam. I will absolutely be recommending Picayune Eye Clinic to everyone. 5 stars! 🌟 Thank you so much!
My first visit at the Picayune Eye Clinic was awesome everyone was very nice. I recommend this clinic. They will help you with questions and they have a lot of glasses to choose from. Go make you an appointment get them eyes fixed. Dr. Blackmer was over the top. Picayune Eye Clinic will be my clinic I will always go to for now on. This Clinic has the best team.
First time patient, very impressed. The high Google rating is well deserved. Super nice staff, in & out, painless. Once I stated that it was an emergency, I was sitting in the chair 3 hours later. I'll be back 💯.
I brought my daughter in for her eye appointment today along with my 2-year-old twins. Like many toddlers, they were a little fussy and talkative at times, but they were simply being babies. During our visit, one of my twins repeatedly said “hey” to the assistant, but she never acknowledged her. Throughout the appointment, the assistant’s interactions felt cold, and when she was leaving the room, my daughter said “bye-bye.” The assistant quickly responded “bye” without making eye contact or showing any warmth. Whether intentional or not, the overall experience made me feel like my children were not welcome. As a parent, that feeling was very disappointing. Because of how uncomfortable the experience became, I decided not to have my daughter pick out her glasses there and will be taking our business elsewhere. I believe every patient and family deserves to be treated with kindness, patience, and respect, especially when young children are involved. I hope this feedback encourages a more welcoming experience for future families.
