The crew is always sweet and Dr. Wilson is very personable and informative. The automated appointment reminder is a little annoying - an email and text the week before, both again the day before and BOTH AGAIN the day of - but if that's all I can complain about then I stand by my 5 stars 🤩

Upon my first visit I am impressed with the alacrity of Dr Wilson's willingness to get a new patient in quickly, the kindness and professionalism of the staff, very state of the the art testing, cleanliness, warm festive atmosphere, and array of lovely frames.

I was extremely satisfied with Dr. Wilson, the front desk staff, the assistant that completed the pre tests, and the lady that fits you for your glasses. I would highly recommend Havre Optometric.They explain everything, easy to get an appointment, and get glasses.

From start to finish Mersades & Cathee really helped me find the right frames/lenses for me. Mercedes went through the break down of cost with my insurance plan and helped me choose the right lenses within my budget and assured me they’d look great in my frames, even measured to make sure. I went and picked them up today & again Mersades made sure they fit perfectly, gave me all the info on my warranty and told me to come back if I need help with my glasses in the future. Thank you for top notch service and care!
