Was pleased with the punctuality and the imediate required exams. Doctor was thourough and pleasent for my first time seeing her. I only wish there were more stylish choices in the medicare/caid frames. They haven't changed in SEVERAL YEARS! I know this because the glasses I still have are from years ago!
Dr. Ostrander & staff were able to see me for an emergency today assuring me was able to fly back home tomorrow. Him and his staff are AAA+! I first met him last week when I had to take my mom to her appointment. He did great with her as well. He explains things so you understand and continuously asks if you have any questions. Thank you to Karin, Annie and Joy as well. You guys are amazing!
Time gets away from us all. It was so nice to receive a CALL and not a generated message that it had been 2 years since our last eye exam. My husband and I booked our appointments and it wasn't months out either. Staff was friendly and willing to share their findings with a 1:1 review of diagnostic test. Neat to see the inside of your own eye and have someone explain what they're looking at. We were assisted with new glasses selections. My husband and I were very pleased with every aspect of the visit.
This was my daughter’s (7) 2nd eye exam here and ever. She can be very shy and sometimes then not talk or talk so quiet. The Dr. was very calm and patient with her. Dr. H was very thorough and answered all my questions. I have an eye condition and was worried it was hereditary. The Dr. took time to go over and explain it to me and saw no concerns of my daughter having it. It was the end of the day and not once did we feel rushed or like an inconvenience asking all these questions! We felt very cared for. Then my daughter had to pick out glasses and the lady up there helped her look. My daughter is between the kid glasses size they had and adult so the lady printed the prescription and told us about some online places we could try so she could find glasses that would be a good fit!! The ladies up front were also very friendly and helpful! HIGHlY recommend this place if you are looking to get your eyes checked out!!!’
Now listen, I'm not one to write a review but this place made me feel so welcome I couldn't pass up the opportunity. When I first arrived I was greeted by Karen (wonderful front desk lady) she was kind and greeted me with a smile. Then I saw Annie (the assistant to Dr. Ostrander). I told her I hadn't had an eye exam ever. She was so kind and funny and explained everything she was doing so I was well aware. She is fantastic!! Then I saw Dr. Ostrander, and he was wonderful. We talked over all my concerns and I felt heard and cared for. He was very knowledgeable and eased my concerns I had about my vision. I highly HIGHLY recommend this eye clinic. Thank you for all you do for our community! 10/10 experience!
