I have a sinus infection. Got an appointment same day. Check in was easy, front desk, Chrissy was courteous and efficient. My wait time was less than 10 min from the time I checked in until I was called back. Jasmine asked me a ton of questions and took my vitals. Alex NP was caring and through and I felt my time was valuable and I was heard. My treatment plan was well explained and Alex asked if I had any further questions. Very efficient team. After I left, I went to the pharmacy and they had my scripts in que- but got them ready (30 min) and I was on my way home. Thank you.

Came in quickly as an old filling of mine had came out. The staff was extremely helpful and fast. The front desk check in was simple and easy. Along with Dr. Tignor and Devon who did a wonderful job at quickly repairing my tooth. Overall great experience thank you very much to all Healthpoint staff and management.
I had a dentist appointment at healthpoint and was a little nervous due to my fear of the dentist. When I got there everyone was very welcoming, including the manager, Mary, which was a pleasant surprise. She put my mind at ease and made the whole process very enjoyable. The doctor was great, and overall I had a wonderful experience. Thanks health point!

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. My daughter and I had a scheduled cleaning appointment, and from the moment we walked in, the service was unprofessional. We went straight to the front desk and were completely ignored while two employees sat there having a conversation. There was no acknowledgment at all. After waiting, I signed my daughter’s name on the check-in sheet and started to walk away. Only then did the front desk staff finally ask if I was there for a dental appointment. I confirmed and explained I had already signed in, but she still asked again for my daughter’s name. The situation got worse when she said my daughter’s insurance was expired. I explained that I had the updated card at home and simply forgot to bring it. Instead of handling this discreetly, she asked for my daughter’s Social Security number out loud and told me to come closer to the desk while discussing all of this in front of a full waiting room. That is a serious lack of privacy and professionalism. This was all happening about 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment. She then told me I would have to pay out of pocket. I asked if insurance is usually verified ahead of time, and she said yes—but claimed she was the only one working on the dental side and didn’t have time to call. That explanation didn’t sit right with me, especially considering she had time to sitting around talking with coworkers. At that point, I asked to cancel the appointment. Between the lack of acknowledgment, poor communication, and complete disregard for patient privacy, I was not comfortable staying. Cleanings are supposed to be covered, and I was not going to pay out of pocket due to their lack of preparation. Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve had at a dental office. I would not recommend this location, especially if you expect basic respect and professionalism.
