I was calling around to find the earliest available appointment for an eye exam, and when I contacted Healthy Eyes in El Dorado Hills, one of the staff members (I unfortunately forgot her name, but she was working on Tuesday morning, 8/11) was incredibly friendly and helpful. She let me know about the earliest appointment available at their El Dorado Hills office (which was not feasible for me) and even suggested that I contact their Folsom location, since they often have more appointment availability. I really appreciated her willingness to go the extra mile to help me find the best appointment option. Thank you, Healthy Eyes, for taking such good care of your customers and for having staff who genuinely care about helping people. It made a great impression on me!

The staff is friendly and helpful. They run on time for appointments. The doctor took as much time as needed to answer all my questions. And the person who does the frames even searched online to match my old frame (which I love) even though they didn’t have it in their inventory. I highly recommend Healthy Eyes Optometry, EDH!

I highly recommend the optometrist office to everyone in the Folsom, EDH, Cameron Park Sacramento Areas. They provide thee best customer service, all staff is incredibly friendly and kind. I really appreciate how Gabby took the time to explain things to, truly unmatched service! There a lot of glasses options at this office. I have VSP and was able to find frames that were fully covered for my husband and I.

This is a well - run office with people who take care of you. They fixed my bent frames, and then offered to replace my scratched lenses. It's refreshing to have that kind of care given. I give an A+ for customer relations.

My husband got in, tested, examined and out pretty quickly but efficiently! All questions answered and friendly staff. Definitely recommend
