Extremely positive and pleasant experience. Phil (Philip) was very professional and patient throughout my visit. During one of the tests (the visual field), which I was doing for the first time, I initially didn’t complete it correctly. Phil took the time to explain it again and repeated the test to ensure accurate results. He was thorough and answered all my questions along the way. Phil also handled my insurance and even contacted them directly to make sure I received the best coverage under my plan — truly outstanding service. I had a similarly positive experience two days earlier when I first visited the store and met Johanna. She was pleasant, professional, and very helpful. Johanna made sure I was fully prepared for my appointment and that everything was set up in advance. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish.
