My husband and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with this LensCrafters. Donna was very helpful as I had to exchange one of the pairs I received bc the fit hurt my nose after multiple adjustments we couldn’t proceed so she made the exchange seamless. I brought my husband in and Trung immediately jumped into action to lead him through the process which resulted in contacts as well as two pair and sunglasses. Trung was very professional and knowledgeable! When we completed our pick up today, Lichelle and Lilly helped finish our pick up with adjustments and warranty information, they were very pleasant and professional as well!
PERFECT! They let me literally try on all the Prada frames they had, and I finally narrowed it down to one pair. They were patient and kind, and I immediately told me best friend about them.
I can't say enough good things about this location! Everyone was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The person who helped me knew so much about what frame and lenses would work best for my RX and they were absolutely right! They didn't skip out on any measurements and before I left with my glasses gave me a comprehensive adjustment to make sure everything was perfect!
The staff was very knowledgable and very helpful. The store had a huge selections of frames from which to choose and gave me helpful suggestions. I took my time and never felt rushed. I highly reccomend this location for glasses.
