We have been coming to Heartland for over four years. We absolutely LOVE Dr. Hess and her entire staff! My daughter and I use her for eye exams, including diabetes care for my daughter. She also worked me into her schedule when I accidentally stabbed myself in the eye with my mascara wand! She treated me with care and I felt she went above and beyond. We are on a first name basis with all of the staff and they are wonderful! Please, please do not believe any negative reviews you see on here! They are wonderful! Us in our new glasses for the new school year!

Would be no stars but it wonr lwt me just pick zero. Do not go here. I bought a pair of Oakleys for over 400.00 and they broke twice in less than 4 months and they say they qill not replace them. Then why and what was the insurance I paid for them for. This place is a overcharged and under qualified joke.

Love Dr. Hess! She is amazing and her staff are friendly and helpful. But I think their prices are too high for glasses and add ons.

My first time going here, the doctor and staff were professional and helpful at all times. The doctor talked about my issues and answered all my questions and performed a thorough exam. The staff were helpful and understanding while helping me to choose a set of glasses. As for insurance there was zero issues finding out what was covered and what was an out of pocket cost.
