This office has such incredibly great doctors at the top of their game. I am so impressed with both Dr Hardin and Dr Carter. They are both great communicators, very professional yet warm individuals who are friendly and supportive. I couldn’t have received any better care anywhere else. I highly recommend. Their equipment is state of the art and they are ready for anything that comes their way. You won’t be disappointed!

The reception desk and Nurses/techs We’re all very nice as well as Dr. Harden. Unfortunately, overall everyone in the office seem to be in a hurry to get things done and sort of stressed out. “You can only get 5 gallons out of a 5 gallon bucket“, Calm down, do the work the best you can. Be a bit more relaxed, Tell the Leadership the story about getting 5 gallons of water out of a 5 gallon bucket. If you try to get 6 gallons, you’ll really get stressed out and that stress is Infectious. Y’all are a good office with good people, just be that way

Dr. Hardin and his staff have been extra wonderful. Very kind and professional. I am having Cataract surgery on the 12th of May, so will update then. He is suppose to be the best, so no worries :)

The staff/employees at the Athens location were super nice and very professional. You would have to know my history to understand why my comments are directed at the staff only at this time. I hope my concerns with my vision can be corrected.

Really surprised how scheduling (Athens & Tyler) turned away a cancer patient after a STAT order was sent over to them from her cancer doctor that was just decided on and her treatment starts next week. They refused to work her in regardless of the order from another physician. I am sure she would have been happy to wait and would have been patient and thankful for them if they did work her in. But they definitely didn't care. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
