I had such a positive experience at Heber Springs Eye Care, with Dr.Pigott! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Pigott, Kelsee and Cassie took their time, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood everything. You can tell they truly care about their patients.

I was visiting from out of town and woke up Sunday with a red and painful eye. I called Monday morning and they were able to see me at 1030 that morning. Everyone in the office was super nice and the optometrist even gave me his cell number to give to my optometrist at home in case he had any questions at my follow up.

Very caring and wonderful staff truly enjoy my experience there every time I have been in to see them they're up-to-date technology. Was very useful in determining that I had a tear in my retina. Several years ago. Without the technology and the extra testing, I don't know that it would have been found by another obstetrician. So I'm very grateful that I found this and were able to send me to a specialist to have it fixed.

Staff are friendly and polite. I have been going there for a few year now and I always have a great experience. The doctors are caring and explain everything so you can understand.

It was my first appointment at Heber springs eye care and dr. Nugent took great care of me and was very kind and diagnosed my issue very quickly and was very informative!
